Shipping

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Located at 3020 Lisbon Ave N, Lake Elmo, Minnesota. All orders will be processed within 2-7 business days after the date that the order was placed, and shipped out in the next 1-3 business days. Please reach out to us if you don't receive a shipping confirmation within 14 business days after placing your order.

If you need your order faster then please select the "priority processing" option during checkout, and your order will be processed within 1-3 business days.

Note: certain fixtures including customized orders may require longer processing time. 

If you need to make any changes to your order please email contact@luxlightingdecor.com within 12 hours of making your purchase with the subject line of this email must-read 'CHANGE OF ORDER' and our team will get back to you shortly. Please note that if you wish to cancel your order after it has already been processed, a cancellation fee might apply depending on the item(s).

Approximate shipping time:
You can expect your package to arrive in 5-30 business days depending on the shipping method, product(s), and your location.

Express Shipping: 5-10 Business Days

Standard Shipping: 15-30 Business Days

Please note that due to the current situation with COVID-19, delays in shipping might occur due to local couriers. Certain orders may take longer than 30 business days to arrive, however, rest assured that our front-line workers are working hard to get your packages delivered to you as soon as we can!

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance. Note that if the order was returned due to an incorrect address or the package was unclaimed, Lux Lighting Decor reserves the right to charge for the product to be re-shipped. If the customer wishes to get a refund on the returned parcel due to an incorrect address or unclaimed package, Lux Lighting Decor reserves the right to deduct the initial shipping/handling costs from the total refund amount. 

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise you on how and where your delivery can be collected or re-delivered. Once a package is marked as delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier if the parcel is not received.
